Short film where two clowns toil over the fate of a lost kingdom while a deadly plague ravages the land. Would you believe me if I told you that this script was written in 2019? A friend in Denver brought me on as the executive editor for his upcoming short film, “Picnic Under a Gibbet.” Ironically, the shoot was planned for April 2020. Half a year later and fully abiding by COVID guidelines, we had the film shot, and I’ve had the pleasure of cutting it into delightfully twisted little film that made the rounds at festivals in 2021.
